What you will do

• Design, build, and iterate on key go-to-market operational processes.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue and optimize sales motions.
• Define ideal customer profile (ICP) and segmentation to sharpen targeting strategies.
• Lead territory design, quota planning, and sales forecasting processes.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM integrity and enable sales through tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering to integrate AI and system improvements.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar sales operations roles.
• Proven track record of designing and improving sales processes to impact revenue.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools and AI/automation technologies.
• Strong data and analytical skills with pipeline and forecasting expertise.
• Comfortable working in-person in the San Francisco office embedded with sales teams.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and communicate clearly.
