What you will do

• Own day-to-day sales operations processes including account and opportunity management, deal processing, and territory operationalization
• Monitor CRM data and dashboards, create and analyze reports to provide data-driven insights for GTM leadership
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and continuous improvements
• Maintain documentation of internal processes, best practices, and system requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and implement solutions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, United States (Onsite)
• 2-4 years experience in Sales Operations or equivalent role with demonstrated process improvement
• Strong ownership and bias for action with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
