What you will do

• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage global inventory accounting operations and support inventory control specialists and data center operations leaders.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies, analyze variances and financial trends, and provide cost-control insights.
• Establish and improve inventory accounting processes and internal controls in accordance with US GAAP.
• Partner with Fixed Assets, FP&A, SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, tax, and audit teams.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience at a large public multinational company or in Big Four accounting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting supporting manufacturing, plant, or warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of fixed assets accounting and related business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
