Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; in-person work in the Stockholm office required

hirify.global is building an infrastructure platform for AI workloads, serving enterprise customers with serverless computing and ML infrastructure.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, pain points, and requirements.
• Design and present technical solutions, demos, experiments, and proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
• Architect migration paths from AWS, GCP, and Azure to hirify.global's serverless platform.
• Address security, compliance, integration, implementation, and technical evaluation concerns.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, databases, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including model training, inference, and MLOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation, plus CI/CD pipelines.
• Enterprise software sales experience involving $100K+ ACV, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience selling or implementing serverless computing, container platforms, or ML infrastructure solutions.
