Product Designer - UK (Remote) (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote and hybrid working options are available. The role is remote, with in-person meetings at the EMEA headquarters twice a year and additional regional meetups.

What you will do

• Own product features end to end within quarterly delivery cycles and support product goals.
• Turn complex cybersecurity data into clear interfaces using information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and other human-centered design methods.
• Develop hypotheses for customer and business needs and validate design decisions through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Use customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and measure design impact.
• Apply Object-Oriented UX and contribute to a shared design system through reusable components and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, customers, and other designers while contributing to an inclusive design community.

Requirements

• Experience in product or UX design, particularly in SaaS, enterprise, data-driven, or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction and outcome-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering partners, and external customers.
• Interest in Object-Oriented UX and the ability to ground design decisions in user motivations, research, and evidence.
• Growth mindset with experience giving and receiving constructive feedback and setting development goals.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a cybersecurity company.
• Experience using commercial AI tools to accelerate the design process.
