AI-Native Senior Product Designer

What you will do

• Own and iterate on the sexual health app experience, including onboarding, diagnosis intake, treatment selection, refills, and check-ins.
• Identify friction, inconsistency, and drop-off, then design measurable improvements across flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, concept generation, prototyping, and content exploration.
• Explore AI-powered product features such as personalization, triage, guided decision-making, and ongoing care support.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Research, Design, and Engineering to define the future direction of the sexual health experience.
• Conduct customer research and testing while communicating design decisions clearly and empathetically.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, leading work with Product, Engineering, and Research partners.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in research, ideation, prototyping, or content generation, or strong aptitude for adopting them.
• Experience designing for sensitive, high-stigma subject matter with empathy and discretion.
• Strong strategic and executional design skills, including visual craft, detailed interaction design, and end-to-end product thinking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in a startup.
• Passion for motion design and interaction.
• Previous experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare.
