Junior Product Designer (Geo Expansion)

What you will do

• Support the full user research and product design process, from understanding problems to delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and subject matter experts to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Translate research insights, customer needs, and product requirements into design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Contribute to user testing, research activities, workshops, design critiques, and team discussions.
• Create high-quality design work using established tools and patterns, incorporating feedback from experienced designers.
• Work with engineering on implementation considerations and help measure the impact of design decisions.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of design experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centred thinking, problem-solving, visual design skills, and the ability to explain the design process.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of user research, usability testing, and iterative product design.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a collaborative product environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with product managers, engineers, researchers, or other cross-functional partners.
• Interest in identity verification, security, AI, data, or platform products.
• Developing knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and design systems.
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback in design critiques and team reviews.
