What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design experience for both the administrator and employee-facing products.
• Set a high bar for visual craft, including typography, layout, and motion design.
• Drive product discovery through user journeys, research, and hypothesis testing.
• Partner with leadership, product, and engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Prototype complex interactions and integrate AI tools into the design workflow.
• Evolve the design system and establish design principles as the platform scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 8+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio of shipped B2B enterprise work.
• Exceptional skills in both visual craft and product design fundamentals.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data-heavy platforms with multiple user audiences.
• Self-sufficient mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and lack of formal structure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to earn influence through evidence and outcomes.
