Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, anywhere in the United Kingdom

Salary: £125,000–£140,000 per year, plus meaningful early-stage equity

hirify.global builds AI-first employee benefits administration software for global employers. Its two products, GAP and Navigator, support benefits teams and employees across complex international benefits programs.

What you will do

• Own product design across GAP and Navigator from discovery through delivery.
• Define the experience vision for benefits administrators and employees, balancing both audiences in product decisions.
• Set a high bar for visual craft, including typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and motion.
• Design complex product flows, information architecture, interactions, and scalable systems for enterprise platforms.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership on strategy, roadmaps, opportunities, and prioritization.
• Run research and discovery, prototype extensively with AI tools, and evolve the design system and design practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience designing and scaling complex, data-heavy B2B enterprise products, including areas such as client configuration and dynamic tables.
• Exceptional visual design and product design skills, including typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion, flows, information architecture, interaction, and systems thinking.
• Experience designing for products with multiple equally important audiences.
• Strong product thinking, communication, research, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Agency, studio, or exceptional product design background where craft, pace, and breadth had to coexist.
• Curiosity about emerging AI patterns and experience building with AI.
