What you will do
- Design and implement DC power systems, including battery management, monitoring, and protection.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers on motor driver circuits and power electronics validation.
- Integrate and fuse data from IMUs, encoders, hall sensors, and temperature sensors through PCB-level design.
- Develop and test power and sensor electronics with hardware and firmware teams.
- Test, validate, and debug hardware systems in the lab to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document designs and contribute to hardware engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
- Hands-on experience with DC power systems, battery management, and power electronics.
- Strong understanding of sensor integration, including IMUs, encoders, and hall sensors.
- Familiarity with RS-485, CAN, and SPI communication protocols.
- Experience with hardware design, PCB layout, and debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address system-level challenges.
