FP&A Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Engineering, HR, and other business functions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and strategic analyses to support resource allocation and decision-making.
• Help implement scalable financial planning processes, systems, and tools such as EPM platforms.
• Contribute to building the Strategic Finance function, including its culture and ways of working.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in T&S, investment banking, or M&A.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights.
• Clear communication skills for explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to build processes from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar planning tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data.
