Talent Acquisition Manager (AI)

Location: Heidelberg, Germany; hybrid role requiring at least 50% in-office attendance, approximately 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with business and team goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with researchers, engineers, and business leaders to define hiring needs and plans.
• Use recruitment analytics and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve hiring decisions.
• Build qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
• Strengthen employer brand awareness through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring top talent, ideally for highly specialized technical teams.
• Strong technical aptitude for assessing complex AI and deep-tech profiles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and mentor teams on hiring topics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS tools; Ashby is used for recruitment collaboration and efficiency.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
