HR Specialist - Recruiting & Onboarding

Location: Hybrid in Berlin or Konstanz, Germany

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle in partnership with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and lead behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Support diverse recruitment strategies, recruitment marketing, and job ad promotion.
• Maintain ATS records, analyze candidate funnels, and prepare hiring reports.
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding while testing and rolling out AI tools for HR processes.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and hiring across the US and German technology or software markets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Personio or Ashby and strong digital skills.
• Clear communication, active listening, organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• Practical interest or experience using AI tools for sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding.
• High standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
• Fluency in German and English required.
