What you will do

• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings, revenue targets, and the conversion of business development pipelines.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted advisor relationships with client CXOs.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design, oversight, and delivery of complex consulting engagements.
• Shape the company's strategic initiatives using deep expertise in the Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting utilization targets and improving client satisfaction (NPS).
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

• Around 15 years of professional experience in client engagement and CXO-level relationship management.
• Proven track record of executing complex projects in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends including Data & AI, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
• Strong personal brand and presence within the Manufacturing and Retail industries.
