People Operations Manager (DeFi)

What you will do

• Own and coordinate the onboarding experience across teams and geographies
• Maintain and improve People databases as a reliable source of truth
• Structure People information for AI access and reduce manual requests
• Manage compensation and incentives aligned with market practices
• Serve as the primary contact for People-related questions and improve documentation and tooling
• Lead ad hoc People infrastructure projects to remove recurring friction

Requirements

• Remote work within GMT -3 to +2 time zones
• Experience in general operations or People Operations with strong stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Tech-savvy with AI and automation tools
• High ownership, autonomy, and resilience to feedback
