People Operations Partner

What you will do

• Design and automate People Operations programs, workflows, knowledge-base content, and employee self-service capabilities.
• Own People Technology initiatives and maintain HR systems such as HiBob, VerifyFirst, DocuSign, Easyllama, and Notion.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding programs to support effective employee integration and respectful transitions.
• Own benefits and wellness programs and provide employees with guidance on available offerings.
• Coordinate immigration partners and manage end-to-end immigration processes.
• Analyze People data and reports, advise employees on People matters, partner with Honda, and oversee the Travel Policy.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience across fast-paced technology companies and established organizations.
• Experience building employee-friendly People Operations processes, workflows, and scalable systems.
• Proven experience managing comprehensive benefits programs and immigration cases.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to improve People Operations infrastructure.
• Ability to develop people-centric processes that balance operational efficiency with employee experience.
• Agile, proactive approach with strong ownership and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
