What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the onboarding process to engage new team members.
• Coordinate team culture events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage accurate employee data within the HRIS and other people systems.
• Provide administrative support for benefits administration, leave management, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Workplace teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with basic HR-related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices.

• Fluency in the company tech stack: Google Apps, Slack, Ashby, Rippling, and Envoy.
