What you will do

• Manage the global recruiting tech ecosystem, including ATS administration, integrations, and vendor management.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting technologies to boost recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
• Standardize scalable recruiting processes across North America, EMEA, and APAC while ensuring regional compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards and translate recruiting data into actionable business insights.
• Create recruiter enablement programs, hiring manager training, and operational playbooks.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT on workforce planning and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in TA Operations or People Operations within global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday).
• Proven track record of implementing recruiting technologies and AI solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of global employment practices and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
