Location: Cambridge, United States

Annual base salary: $91,500–$134,000, plus eligibility for short-term incentives.

hirify.global is a mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company developing transformative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience.

What you will do

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards for U.S. Rare Disease brands.
  • Analyze claims, prescription, specialty pharmacy and distributor, sales, and CRM data to identify trends and performance drivers.
  • Translate complex findings into actionable insights, presentations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Partner with Rare Disease brand teams to provide recommendations supporting commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Forecasting, Data Management, Operations, MDM, and external vendors.
  • Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, governance, and analytics capabilities through process optimization.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech analytics, commercial analytics, insights, or life sciences consulting.
  • Proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel modeling, cloud-based analytics platforms, Python or R, and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical secondary data, claims, real-world data, specialty pharmacy or distributor data, sales performance analytics, and CRM or call data analysis.
  • Knowledge of master data management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and an agile mindset for changing business priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. English is required.
