People Analytics Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $145,600–$218,400 per year, plus annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead people analytics projects supporting talent acquisition, retention, performance, engagement, and broader HR strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, including Workday reporting.
• Apply statistical and experimental methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis to evaluate HR programs.
• Integrate data from Workday, survey platforms, learning systems, and other sources to create holistic workforce insights.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and advise HR and business leaders on improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable HR AI capabilities, including AI agents, while monitoring emerging technologies and industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in HR data, analytics methodologies, Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience building AI capabilities, preferably for human resources, including agents.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience.
• Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and apply high ethical standards to employee data.
