Analytics CoE Senior Manager (HEOR)

Location: Boston, MA; in-person, hybrid, or remote options available within the United States

Salary: $144,000–$216,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Conduct feasibility assessments and real-world observational research using licensed claims, EHR/EMR, and other healthcare data assets.
• Analyze disease burden, prevalence and progression, healthcare resource utilization and costs, comorbidities, treatment patterns, and health outcomes.
• Develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and table shells for HEOR research.
• Lead statistical programmers in executing data queries and analyses.
• Prepare analytic reports, tables, and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve analytics operating models and maintain reusable programming libraries, macros, and table templates.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or epidemiology.
• Typically 6 years of relevant HEOR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of observational research methods and healthcare coding systems.
• Hands-on experience with large patient-level healthcare datasets, including claims, EHR/EMR, and hospital chargemaster data.
• Advanced proficiency in SAS programming and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas.
