What you will do

• Support system-wide strategic planning initiatives, including service line growth, ambulatory network, facility, and enterprise strategy planning.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses covering market positioning, growth priorities, access strategy, demand, competition, and capital planning.
• Develop market share summaries, market scans, service line assessments, and other client-ready market intelligence deliverables.
• Apply strategic frameworks and scenario analysis to evaluate growth opportunities and risks.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and support strategic discussions.
• Assist with project workplans, data requests, analytic approaches, timelines, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant degree preferred; an advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills, including analysis of market, operational, and financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing client-facing presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, and deliver high-quality work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience involving healthcare market, claims, utilization, or financial data.
• Experience with healthcare strategic planning, service line strategy, ambulatory network planning, facility planning, enterprise strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and data visualization tools.
