What you will do

• Define and deploy a unified global logistics category strategy across a complex, multicultural organization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing central logistics procurement team while managing distributed resources.
• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrix environment to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor global freight markets, capacity trends, and risks to inform sourcing decisions.
• Establish and standardize supplier performance management frameworks including KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs.
• Drive logistics procurement contributions to Scope 3 CO₂ reduction and sustainability targets.
