What you will do

• Develop and implement global category and sourcing strategies for laboratory supplies, equipment, and related services.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contracting activities to deliver value, improve service, and reduce risk.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of cost savings and value creation opportunities, including forecasting and tracking.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships through governance, business reviews, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies while ensuring policy, regulatory, and risk-management compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within pharma, life sciences, or a comparable industry.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
