Working Student - Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; remote work is available within Germany.

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve departmental Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data pipelines.
• Monitor reports, troubleshoot issues, update dashboards, and implement stakeholder-requested enhancements.
• Structure and normalize data while supporting KPI definition, data models, reporting concepts, and documentation standards.
• Support structured data handling, document and file maintenance, operational process preparation, and internal tool updates.
• Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and digitalization across departmental projects.
• Use Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira, for daily workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, with at least the first semester completed.
• Practical experience with data handling, normalization, and dataset preparation.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work to improve productivity and problem solving.
• Strong analytical, structured, proactive, and independent working style with very good written and spoken English.
