Power Platform & Database Manager (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Own, administer, and continuously improve the internal database platform and related business applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional specifications while coordinating with business users, IT, and software development teams.
• Lead database, digitalization, and automation projects, including implementation, testing, rollout, and maintenance.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, analytical tools, and data-driven applications using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and related technologies.
• Design data integrations, APIs, automated workflows, and process improvements, including AI-assisted development solutions.
• Advise and train users on system functionality, data management, and best practices, and provide ad hoc analysis and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application development, database management, business systems, process automation, or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong data modelling skills and understanding of database administration, data structures, data models, and data management principles.
• Experience with business application development, data integrations, APIs, automated workflows, system configuration, user management, testing, and implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and automated reporting, together with an understanding of software development principles, application architecture, and user interface design.
