Senior Finance Manager

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Business Accounting team, setting objectives and addressing performance issues.
• Deliver accurate and compliant management and financial accounting outputs on schedule.
• Oversee month-end reporting, including accruals, provisions, divisional P&Ls, and variance analysis.
• Improve and automate the Finance Reporting Hub’s Record to Report delivery model.
• Work with Business, Commercial Finance, Group Finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service levels.
• Build relationships, identify process improvements, and create a plan for better ways of working.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or control role.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams in a complex, multi-business organisation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of finance systems, data flows, integrations, and Record to Report processes.
• Ability to balance financial control with commercial needs and develop team talent.
