What you will do

• Lead financial reporting and accounting activities for the UK organisation.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting under UK GAAP, US GAAP, and corporate requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Partner with the Head of Finance, operational stakeholders, and global Shared Service Centres.
• Improve finance processes, controls, reporting practices, and working capital performance.
• Coordinate external audits and oversee statutory accounts, tax packs, VAT returns, and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with SAP reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and data integrity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced global matrix environment.
