Prevention Officer Team Leader (EHS)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; on-site only. The role follows a support shift schedule, and travel is not included.

hirify.global develops and manufactures extreme ultraviolet machines, with the EUV factory handling production from build through installation.

What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of engineers within the EF EHS department.
• Set priorities, delegate tasks, solve problems, manage skills, and support a productive working climate.
• Plan manpower and supervise progress against quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive improvements to production processes and products using safety and operational expertise.
• Participate in safety-related projects and ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.
• Control daily EUV cleanroom ways of working and promote a stronger safety culture.

Requirements

• Safety MVK or a similar safety certificate.
• 4–9 years of experience in production management and LEAN, complex working environments, and improvement projects.
• Strong personality, team-building ability, social skills, and service orientation.
• Flexible, goal-oriented, analytical, structured, persistent, and able to handle stressful situations.
• Experience with change management and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work on-site in Veldhoven in a support shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience at the JG6 level; experienced JG6 applicants are also considered.
