Senior Product Manager (Ironwall)

Location: Hybrid office work with the possibility of up to two remote days per week; a work-from-almost-anywhere policy is also available.

Gross salary: €6,000–€7,000 per month for the Lithuanian market, or PLN 21,000–28,000 per month for the Polish market, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, long-term strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals.
• Define and execute B2B strategies covering sales, business clients, operations, and client onboarding.
• Improve client retention and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Analyze product performance, metrics, competitors, and industry trends to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience focused on B2B products.
• Track record of delivering successful B2B products.
• Experience with analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate client needs and business goals into clear, detailed product specifications.
• Data-driven problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve product development and process optimization.
