Product Manager (Kubernetes)

Location: Remote-first role for candidates residing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine.

Salary: €5,000–€8,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own a product area from discovery through delivery and adoption for Storage Optimization, Reporting, OMNI, or Workload Autoscaler.
• Lead enterprise customer and market discovery, including user interviews, Proof of Value cycles, competitive analysis, and collaboration with the go-to-market team.
• Use LLMs and other AI tools for discovery synthesis, product specifications, competitive research, interview summaries, and data pattern recognition.
• Define and track product metrics using PostHog and control-plane usage data to guide prioritization and validate decisions.
• Write PR/FAQs, one-pagers, and feature briefs that align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Drive prioritization, execution, and product-management process improvements across product, engineering, design, sales, and support.

Requirements

• Experience owning B2B software products in cloud-native environments with strong Kubernetes knowledge, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics.
• Kubernetes certification, preferably CKA, or willingness to complete it within the first six months.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools such as LLMs, coding assistants, or agentic workflows to accelerate product work.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS and converting data into actionable insights.
• Strong technical writing skills and direct enterprise customer experience, including discovery interviews and requirements definition.
• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical technical experience.
