Salesforce Product Owner (Salesforce): Driving client value delivery and Salesforce product outcomes across discovery, roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery with an accent on business alignment, stakeholder communication, and measurable customer impact. Location: Remote within Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, or Montenegro; the posting also lists Barcelona, Spain.
Salary: USD 3,500–7,000 per month.

What you will do
- Act as the primary client-facing product partner and guide clients toward high-value Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, define success metrics, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Build product vision and roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and challenge scope to maximize value and ROI.
- Own and prioritize the Agile product backlog while facilitating refinement, planning, and demo sessions.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and leadership on acceptance criteria, solution quality, and delivery predictability.
- Support presales, solution design, client roadmap discussions, and product delivery best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360.
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills in English.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strategic thinking combined with execution focus, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Ability to present options, trade-offs, and recommendations while maintaining a customer- and outcome-focused approach.
Nice to have
- Product or solution experience in any industry, including marketing, insights, analytics, or product management.
- Product management or consulting experience.
- QA knowledge or prior developer experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
- Experience in high tech, hospitality, fintech, healthcare, or related industries.
