What you will do

• Lead senior managers and high-level professionals, driving performance, accountability, and innovation.
• Develop long-term strategies for operational and process improvements.
• Oversee business operations analyses and provide actionable recommendations to senior executives.
• Direct financial strategy, complex budgeting, long-term financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Establish governance structures for accurate, consistent, and reliable business operations data.
• Lead transformational projects and strategic initiatives with broad organizational impact.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in business analysis, business operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or business transformation.
• Proven success leading senior teams and delivering measurable business results in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Strong proficiency with data management, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and transformative process improvements.
