What you will do
- Act as System Owner for digital platforms, ensuring alignment between business priorities, governance, and platform evolution.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical and functional specifications for web and app development.
- Manage the full DevOps cycle for digital assets, including monitoring, testing, and development management.
- Design and implement digital operating models and business processes to support commercial and regulatory goals.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Define and maintain a strategic operating plan covering people, processes, tools, and technology for digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in IT application development, process design, and high-impact project management.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, apps, and CMS (preferably WordPress and Drupal).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical commercial, medical, or regulatory sectors.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS frameworks, and automatic testing/monitoring frameworks.
