Strategy Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €50,000–€85,000 annual

What you will do

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships within and outside Spain.
• Develop and execute AI-enabled ideas and go-to-market initiatives for partner growth.
• Prepare partner performance reporting for management and recommend new initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Replicate successful Spanish-market partnership initiatives across other markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, a startup, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for business decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Native Spanish and fluent English required; high proficiency with Claude, AI productivity, and data visualization tools.
