What you will do

• Develop and execute AI-powered Go-To-Market actions and partner motions to drive growth.
• Manage reporting for the management team to provide visibility and suggest new strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable business processes in coordination with other internal teams.
• Set up and maintain high-standard tracking systems for data-driven monitoring and decision making.
• Identify and establish new strategic partnerships outside of Spain.
• Scale the successful Spanish business case across other international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startups, or Venture Capital.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and the tech scale-up ecosystem.
• Strong analytical capabilities to collect, interpret, and use data for informed business decisions.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
