What you will do

• Analyze and provide Business Development reporting and detailed business plans.
• Collaborate with the Global Business Development team to maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Work with Finance to ensure data accuracy and reliability for project evaluation.
• Perform internal control and deviation analysis to identify corrective actions.
• Benchmark best practices across different countries to bridge performance gaps.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and develop ad-hoc reports to support business needs.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in BI reporting and data analysis, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and methodical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy or similar reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Madrid Office.
