FIN GS EU⁡ Business Analyst & Rollout Coordinator (AGORA Transformation)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Spain, Romania, Portugal, or Croatia; the listed Spanish location is Madrid/Tres Cantos.

What you will do

• Coordinate AGORA rollout planning and execution across Europe and Africa.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, global process owners, product owners, deployment teams, and local organizations.
• Analyze current-state processes and compare them with future-state SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Support process harmonization, workshops, fit-gap discussions, readiness assessments, testing, defect tracking, and UAT.
• Track requirements, deviations, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions, and critical milestones.
• Prepare management updates and support organizational change, business engagement, sign-off, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Transformation Consultant, Commercial Project Manager, Process Expert, or in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP transformation, SAP implementations, or large-scale business transformation programs; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and operational processes, process modeling, process analysis, business process optimization, and project coordination.
• Ability to structure complex topics, coordinate international stakeholders, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is an advantage.

• Experience with Commercial Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Project Execution, Service Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Project Management, Sales, or Customer Management.
• Knowledge of hirify.global processes, organizational structures, SPIRIDON, and AGORA.
• Experience in the energy sector or project-driven organizations.
