Associate Manager, Marketplace - Restaurant Growth Strategy & Operations

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Define and execute restaurant marketplace growth strategy.
• Launch new restaurant selection and 0-to-1 products.
• Improve in-app merchandising and commercialize products that help restaurant partners grow.
• Help negotiate new merchant partnerships and unlock incremental marketplace revenue.
• Own visible goals affecting top-line and bottom-line marketplace performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in a problem-solving role such as consulting, technology, or banking.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull data using SQL and build models in Excel.
• Experience managing stakeholders ranging from frontline teams to senior executives.
• Strong ownership, first-principles problem solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage diverse responsibilities across teams and disciplines.
