Manager, Strategic Initiatives (AI)

Location: West Palm Beach, FL; full-time, on-site

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own an area of the Strategic Initiatives portfolio from the initial business conversation through delivery and ongoing reliability.
• Build financial models, internal tools, and product features using AI coding agents.
• Set standards for responsible AI-assisted development, including code review, testing, and protection of production data and permissions.
• Manage, coach, and review one or more Senior Associates, focusing on judgment, quality, and business outcomes.
• Set priorities with the Director and make day-to-day technical and product decisions.
• Work with business and executive stakeholders, including COO-level leadership, to clarify requirements, communicate tradeoffs, and manage risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, operations, or a related analytical role.
• At least one year applying AI tools to real work products.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or training junior colleagues.
• Ability to analyze ambiguous business problems, defend recommendations, and carry difficult work through to completion.
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct AI coding agents, evaluate their output, and remain accountable for production results; prior software engineering experience is not required.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with internal software, financial services, lending, or AI systems.
