Senior Appian Tester - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside and perform the work in the United States. US Citizenship or Green Card required, and the role requires the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $81,499.00–$138,549.00 annually, based on full-time employment.

What you will do

• Analyze user stories with the Scrum team and write Cucumber/Gherkin test scripts.
• Maintain regression test suites and update test cases for new functionality.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, identifying system risks and impacts.
• Perform manual, automated, exploratory, API, regression, front-end, and performance testing on web services and applications.
• Collaborate with developers on root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
• Execute test cases and document defects with clear reproduction steps.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience implementing manual and automated testing.
• At least 3 years of experience testing web services and applications, including front-end, regression, and performance testing.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Must reside and work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Jira.
• Experience with the Appian Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
