QA Appian Test Engineer (Appian)

Location: Remote - Virginia; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $83,041–$117,314 per year

What you will do

• Develop testing strategies and performance goals for Appian projects with project leads.
• Perform QA testing across multiple Appian applications and projects.
• Create test documentation and scripts, record results, and analyze defects for recurring trends.
• Partner with project leads and developers to resolve issues.
• Write user stories and contribute to agile project delivery.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required in accordance with federal contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of QA testing experience with software applications such as Appian, UiPath, or Pega.
• Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented approach and flexibility to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation.
• Trusted Tester Certification for Section 508 compliance.
