What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA Search, AI, and Infrastructure.
• Build outbound-first pipelines through advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate candidate profiles and maintain evolving hiring standards.
• Represent the mission, product, and culture during the candidate experience.
• Track and analyze pipeline data, improve sourcing strategy, and build custom recruiting tools where needed.
• Adapt recruiting priorities and approaches as hard-to-fill roles, new hiring areas, and compressed timelines emerge.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success filling difficult roles through outbound sourcing and talent mapping.
• Strong technical literacy and the ability to hold credible conversations with senior engineers.
• Interest in adopting AI tools, automating recruiting workflows, and experimenting with AI-assisted sourcing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and an iterative, impact-focused approach.
