Salary: $200,000–$265,000 annually; other listed ranges reach up to $350,000, with some roles offering equity.

What you will do

• Own complex engineering initiatives from architecture and implementation through production deployment.
• Build reliable systems for high-stakes, real-time healthcare workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scalability, latency, and resilience.
• Develop clinician-facing product experiences, backend platforms, or distributed systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, AI, and clinical teams.
• Maintain high technical standards while operating at startup speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience; 7+ years for Staff-level distributed systems candidates.
• Substantial experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• A track record of personally designing, shipping, and improving production systems.
• Strong ownership and technical judgment.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and handling complex engineering initiatives.
