Technical Course Developer (Figma)

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $78,000–$130,000 per year base salary for U.S.-based roles.

What you will do

• Design and develop interactive courses, micro-applications, presentation templates, and reusable learning assets for sales enablement and product launches.
• Create instructional videos, demonstrations, animations, motion graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other educational content.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and design thinking exercises to identify learner needs and improve course experiences.
• Develop user journey maps, screen flows, storyboards, and polished digital experiences aligned with instructional goals and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and sales enablement specialists to create training content for internal teams and partners.
• Document design decisions and outcomes, analyze learner feedback and metrics, and improve the content creation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Centered Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the offered role or a designer-related occupation.
• At least 1 year of experience using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD for low- and high-fidelity interaction prototypes.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Absorb Create, and Tiled, and instructional video and animation production.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, surveys, journey maps, screen flows, storyboards, design systems, and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of accessibility, usability, and technical constraints.

• Industry experience designing for construction and creating content for construction professionals.
