Senior Associate, Risk Intelligence

What you will do

• Represent the Risk Intelligence team within the 24/7 Global Operations Center as the most senior intelligence member on shift.
• Produce AI-enabled intelligence, daily intelligence briefs, subject-specific INTSUMs, formal assessments, dashboards, and ad-hoc intelligence products.
• Monitor tactical intelligence feeds, triage alerts, analyze emerging events, and apply escalation procedures.
• Lead intelligence support during critical incidents by providing risk assessments, foresight, and decision-ready context.
• Partner with Engineering and Tech Ops to automate intelligence workflows and improve analytical speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Crisis Management, Legal, Communications, Trust & Safety, and regional operations centers on escalation, messaging, and structured handovers.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in intelligence, crisis management, or global security operations.
• Advanced intelligence tradecraft, including OSINT and SOCMINT fundamentals.
• Working proficiency with GIS tools such as QGIS, ESRI ArcGIS, or ATAK.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of meteorology and natural hazards, with the ability to turn weather data into intelligence products.
• Experience leading people, mentoring others, and making confident decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
