ISR Collection Analyst

Location: Remote within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC); periodic travel within the region may be required, with support for dynamic operational and military environments.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage ISR collection activities supporting military operations and intelligence requirements.
• Translate commander and analyst requirements into actionable collection plans aligned with operational timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate satellites, airborne systems, unmanned systems, ground sensors, and other ISR assets according to mission objectives and availability.
• Monitor collection activities, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust plans as operational requirements evolve.
• Coordinate ISR operations across military units, intelligence organizations, and partner agencies.
• Prepare collection assessments, intelligence reports, briefings, and operational updates for military and government leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering, Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years conducting ISR collection and analysis in support of military operations.
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and assessing ISR collection across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ISR capabilities, collection management, intelligence requirements management, and operational planning.
• Experience supporting joint, coalition, or multinational military operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NATO, U.S., GCC, or allied military and defense organizations.
• Experience in Joint Operations Centers, intelligence fusion centers, ISR operations centers, or military headquarters.
• Familiarity with airborne ISR platforms, satellite systems, UAS, and sensor management.
• Knowledge of MENA security dynamics and regional military operations.
• Experience integrating ISR collection with GEOINT, OSINT, All-Source Fusion, and Collection Management.
