Salary: $149,000–$198,000 base salary annually, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set global security standards, governance, performance measures, and service expectations across corporate offices and facilities.
• Lead a blended organization of employees, program leads, contractors, vendors, and strategic security partners.
• Own the security budget, vendor portfolio, technology roadmap, workforce strategy, and capacity planning.
• Design and improve workplace, facility, executive travel, event, and incident-response security programs.
• Plan and lead executive protection operations, including advances, route and venue assessments, logistics, staffing, and on-site protection.
• Partner with law enforcement, intelligence organizations, GSOC teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders on risk-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in physical security program management, facility protection, executive protection, event security, and protective intelligence.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing executive protection operations and high-profile event security.
• Experience leading security personnel, contractors, vendors, program leads, or blended service-delivery teams.
• Experience building security programs, standards, technology, and operating models for complex operational environments.
• Experience coordinating with federal, state, local, or international law-enforcement, intelligence, and corporate security partners.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and meet export-control access requirements for U.S.-regulated information.

Nice to have

• Background in law enforcement, the military, corporate security, or professional protective services.
• Experience in high-growth environments with ambiguity, limited structure, and rapid operational tempo.
• Experience with threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, behavioral risk management, physical security technologies, access control, and GSOC workflows.
• Experience managing security budgets, strategic vendors, contracted personnel, technology roadmaps, and service-level agreements.
