TL;DR
Geospatial Analyst (ArcGIS): Developing and supporting enterprise GIS capabilities, geospatial datasets, analytical products, and ArcGIS workflows for mission-critical spatial intelligence with an accent on ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, and geoprocessing automation. Focus on designing scalable GIS solutions, evaluating emerging Esri technologies, improving data quality and operational efficiency, and solving complex platform and spatial-analysis challenges.
Location: Customer site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States; U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with required polygraph are required.
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain geospatial datasets, maps, cartographic products, and analytical outputs using ArcGIS Pro.
- Design and optimize geoprocessing workflows with ModelBuilder and Python automation.
- Administer ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS, including services, applications, users, content, and security.
- Publish and optimize feature, map, and imagery services and enterprise GIS applications.
- Troubleshoot GIS platforms and collaborate with developers, project managers, system administrators, and mission stakeholders.
- Evaluate new Esri capabilities, develop prototypes, document best practices, and guide technical adoption.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must hold an active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with the required polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of professional GIS experience with advanced ArcGIS Pro proficiency.
- Experience supporting ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS, publishing GIS services, using ModelBuilder, and managing enterprise geodatabases.
- Strong spatial-analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Python with ArcPy, Arcade expressions, and ArcGIS application experience.
- Experience with Notebook Server, Image Server, Raster Analytics, cloud environments, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or enterprise geodatabases.
- Esri technical certifications and experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers.
