International Customer Inquiries Manager (Food Technology)

What you will do

• Handle customer questionnaires and requests for cocoa powder, liquor, and butter products.
• Complete product- and quality-related documents and provide information to customers.
• Track, monitor, and catalog customer needs across international markets.
• Anticipate customer needs based on trends in chocolate and cocoa markets.
• Participate in food-industry seminars and symposia.
• Support account development strategies and monitor manufacturing, ingredient, and regulatory trends.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge in food technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in the food, pharma, quality assurance, or another relevant industry.
• Experience creatively using spreadsheets and databases to build customized information-management tools.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and run projects independently.
• Excellent command of English and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills.
