What you will do

• Plan, prepare, deliver, and follow up on strategic executive customer briefings.
• Translate customer priorities, account objectives, technical requirements, and desired outcomes into focused agendas.
• Lead consultative discovery and preparation calls with sales teams, executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate technical discussions, demonstrations, transitions, and closing conversations while managing time and customer dialogue.
• Use technical fluency, presentations, and whiteboarding to connect customer challenges with hirify.global solutions, roadmaps, and portfolio value.
• Capture feedback, decisions, follow-up actions, and program data to identify trends and improve briefing outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Executive Briefing Center experience in a B2B technology company, including executive customer engagements and technical presentations.
• Recent facilitation and presentation experience, completed facilitation training or certification, and confidence leading high-stakes customer conversations.
• Technical or engineering background with knowledge of enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, AI, data management, data protection, and related solutions.
• Ability to explain technology strategy, roadmaps, portfolio value, and competitive differentiation in terms of customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, organization, judgment, accountability, and ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Ability to use content management tools, digital whiteboards, and live whiteboarding techniques; willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.
