Clinical Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; remote work from home while covering the North Netherlands region. The role requires travel at least 60% of working time within North Netherlands and visits to customer sites, hospitals, workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.

What you will do

• Support clinical applications and trial orders for non-invasive patient monitoring products at customer sites.
• Develop and implement tailored customer solutions with sales staff and provide ongoing support.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at the company training center and in hospitals.
• Present products at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
• Document and forward customer feedback in the CRM system.

Requirements

• High school diploma followed by medical training, such as cardiotechnician training or specialized nursing education.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.
• Excellent product-related medical expertise and knowledge of hospital processes.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of working time within North Netherlands.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
